The Best Chicken Salad


1 pound cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced
3/4 cup plain yogurt 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard 
1 cup seedless grapes, halved 
1/2 cup dried cranberries
2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
1-2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 apple, cored, peeled and diced
1/2 c chopped walnuts, pecans or sliced almonds
Salt and pepper to taste 

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add chicken, celery, onions, grapes, cranberries, apples and nuts.  
Spoon into avocado halves or over lettuce leaves.
Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
