Oven Fried Chicken

4 cups Gluten Free (G.F.) corn flakes, crushed
1 egg
1 tbsp water
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
6 bone-in chicken breasts
Vegetable cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place crushed cornflakes in a shallow dish or pan and set aside. In a small bowl, lightly beat egg, water, oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Dip chicken into egg mixture and then coat with crushed cornflakes.

Place in single layer in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 1 hour or until tender.  Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking
